Correcting a listing

If something on a rink page is wrong, please include:

• The rink name
• The URL of the rink's page on our site
• What is wrong and what it should say, such as the address, phone number, website, hours, or features

If you can, link to a source we can check, such as the rink's own website. Corrections are always free.

Adding a missing rink

Know a rink we do not list? Send us its name, full street address with ZIP code, and website or phone number. Let us know if it is indoor or outdoor, and whether it is year-round or seasonal.

New rinks are usually added when we next refresh our data, so it may take a little while for them to appear.

Reporting a closed rink

If a rink has closed permanently, tell us the rink name and page URL, plus anything that confirms the closure, such as a news story or an announcement from the rink. We will remove or update the listing.

For seasonal outdoor rinks that are simply closed for the year, there is usually no need to report them. Do let us know if a seasonal rink will not be returning.

Removal requests from rink owners

If you own or manage a listed rink and want the listing removed, email us from an address connected to the business, or tell us how we can confirm you represent it. Include the page URL. You do not need to give a reason.

Questions about how the directory works, where the data comes from, or how rinks are ranked are welcome. Our About page may already have the answer.

Advertising enquiries

Ads on this site are served by Google AdSense. We do not sell paid placement or featured listings. If you have another advertising or partnership idea, email us with a short description and we will take a look.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent directory, not the rinks themselves. We cannot check whether a rink is open today, book sessions, sell tickets, arrange lessons, process refunds, or resolve a complaint about a visit.

When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to respond and to keep a record of listing changes. See our privacy policy for details.
